RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your Returns Policy?

– Items must be returned within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.

– Items must be unworn and unwashed.

– Beauty lines and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Underwear and swimwear can only be returns if the hygiene seal has not been removed.

– Shoes must be tried on indoors.

– Items must have all tags attached.

– Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.

– The return costs are borne by the customer. During a first exchange

request, HIGH GLAMOUR ships the parcel at its expense. Return costs are not reimbursed. Exchange requests are processed by priority date of return, subject to availability of the requested item and shipped back within 7

days. In case of unavailability, we will then proceed to the refund of the returned item.

 

How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?

For UK customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 7 days of the date shown on the dispatch note. For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your parcels.

Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.

 

How Much Does It Cost To Return An Item?

If you wish to return your items to HIGH GLAMOUR, the return costs are borne by the customer. During a first exchange request, HIGH GLAMOUR, ships the parcel at its expense. Return costs are not reimbursed. Exchange

requests are processed by priority date of return, subject to availability of the requested item and shipped back within 7 days. In case of unavailability, we will then proceed to the refund of the returned item.

For international customers, returns must be made at your own cost. All International Customers who wish to return their items can return within 28 days of receiving the items.

 

What Do I Do If My Product Is Faulty?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear this. If you receive a faulty item, please return to us within 7 days of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning. You can do so

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the

item(s), please Contact Us with

the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we

will check this out for you.

 

How Can I Track The Status Of My Return?

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

 

How Do I Return An Item?

Steps to follow:

  1. Print the invoice received by email or note on plain paper your name and order number.
  2. Above indicate if it is a request for exchange or refund. In case of exchange, it must be the same amount and be sure to the reference and the desired size.
  3. Repackage the item in its original packaging (do not tape the shoe box) and package everything into another container (cardboard, packages).

UK customers also have the option to returns items via Royal Mail tracked returns. Once completed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item and a tracking link.

Can I Exchange An Item?

YOUR ATTENTION: For management issues, we only accept exchanges for the same amounts and one return possible. Note that in sales period, the return time is 7 days for shoes and clothes and during this period the exchange requests will not be taken into account. A refund will be made.

 

The Consumer Contracts Regulations?

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you have 14 days to cancel your contract with us. This two-week period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order).

You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just fill out this form where you’ll also find details on how to return your item(s).

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? You`ll then receive a full refund

as per the policy above. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery is non-refundable. Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case, then we can reasonably decline your refund.

 

For refund claims, the refund period begins about 15 to 30 days from the return reception date. The amount is repaid according to the original payment method. The sum will be refunded directly to your account (an email

is sent to you as soon as it is made), it takes about 2-3 days for it to appear on your account. We process refunds by priority date of return.

NOTE: It is for the customer to keep proof of return, which means that items must be returned against signature, the costs and risks of remaining back to the customer. For example, if the client sends a return underwear stamped envelope and that it is lost, the HIGH GLAMOUR company will have no obligation to refund. Following many lost envelopes, we recommend sending back against signature.
